When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs.. All prices are based on shipping out of Virginia. Shipping time is based on the carrier after your order has processed. Please allow 4-6 weeks for personalized orders to be processed and shipped.
Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, excluding major holidays.
All orders will receive a confirmation by email with tracking information for the shipment. All shipments are carefully checked prior to delivery. Any incorrect shipment, shipping damage, or discrepancy of the order must be reported within three (3) days of receipt.
